Policies

New clients are welcome and encouraged to drop by to meet staff and view our facility. References available upon request.

Book early to avoid disappointment, especially for busy times such as summer, Christmas, long weekends, March Break, etc.

For the well-being of all our guests, all must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including Parvovirus, Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella. (Please check with your vet if you are unsure, as the kennel cough vaccination (Bordetella), may not be part of your dog’s regular vaccination program.)

During spring through December, all guests must be on a flea treatment.

First time guests must provide written proof of vaccination prior to admission.

Illness / Emergencies
Animals can get sick just like humans. In the event of an illness or emergency, we will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact immediately.  We treat each pet as our own and will not hesitate to bring him or her to see a veterinarian if we feel it is necessary. All veterinary services will be at the owner’s expense.

Drop off and Pick up:
8 am to 6 pm – Seven days a week (may vary on holidays).
Our kennels are manned from 8 am to 10 pm daily; also we live on site so are usually only a bark away if our guests need us.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via email or phone as per our Contact Us page.

First time guests will be asked to fill out a Client Information form, or you may print this form from the link below and bring it with you.
